Borussia Dortmund will travel to Eintracht Frankfurt in the second round of the German Cup after the draw was completed on Sunday.
Frankfurt will reunite with former coach Niko Kovac, now at Dortmund, who was in charge when Eintracht last won the Cup in 2018.

Speaking after his side’s 3-0 win over Union Berlin on Sunday, Kovac — who also won the cup as Bayern Munich manager in 2019 — said “it won’t be an easy game, but what in life is easy?
“If you want to get to the final, you’ve got to beat everyone.”
Bayern, who have won a record 20 German Cups, will play away at promoted Cologne, while holders Stuttgart play away at Mainz.
Other all first division clashes include St Pauli hosting Hoffenheim and Hamburg’s trip to Heidenheim,
Fourth-tier Illertissen will host Magdeburg and third-flight Energie Cottbus will play at home against two-time winners RB Leipzig.
Dortmund and Frankfurt have five cups apiece and trail only Bayern and six-time winners Werder Bremen, who became the only top-flight side to be eliminated in the first round.
